Answer #1

Marginalization is the process where something or someone is pushed to the edge of a group and given less importance.

Only a few patients ( 10%) are marginalized and that too because of their behavior towards health and health care system . Some patients did not follow the orders of the health professional and a time comes when doctors refuse treatment to them even though it's against their ethics ,because of the patient's unethical and uncooperative behavior ,in such cases marginalization occurs .

Marginalization sets a negative impression in the minds of those people (who experienced marginalization in the organization ) regarding healthcare system and hence they resist to take the services.

Marginalization causes a negative impact or consequences on the patient's health . It leads to psychological harm and misery , loss of self esteem, ill health and mortality.
