Dr Pepper is an American soft drink company which has a unique flavor. They would have tough competition with Coca Cola in all the countries ans they are an established brand in all three countries. Dr Pepper is a US brand and is marketed all along the US. In order to expand the brand nationally i.e in Mexico, Australia nad India which are all good consumers of soft drinks it would be Australia, Mexico and India.

The reason for choosing Australia in the first place is because Australia is a strong economy having its ties with Asia and European Union. Australia has a very strong political and financial system and a very low unemployment rate which would help the brand Dr Pepper work. It is free to Foreign Direct Investment and encourages companies to invest in their country. Therefore, the currency fluctuations stand a very minimal chance because of its stability and the income is equally distributed as agriculture is one of the major business in Australia with a very low unemployment rate.

Next would be Mexico because of its close proximity with the US. Apart from that, Mexico is a country which has encouraged FDI to come into their country and they are raned the 6th easiest country to do business in Latin America. The economic environment is stable in Meico but is highly dependent on the USA. The challenge faced in Mexico is crime and corruption which has held back the country. These are the two major concerns which is stopping businesses to enter into the economy. Overall, Mexico has a stable market to invets in and is ranked second.

The last one would be India. Considered as the largest democratic country in the world, India has a culture of consuming soft drinks and most of the Indians would prefer asoft drin with a meal. Especially in summer with scorching heat in most part of the regions, soft drinks are widely accepted. But now the focus is shifting towards health drinks which has maintained its market growth. Overall, India has a high illiteracy rate and leads to high unemployment. The income is very unevenly distributed and there are heavy currency fluctuations due to this.
