Answer: Communicable diseases are the disease which can be spread from one infected person to the other person. The communicable disease is spread by various methods:

  • Through air: The small droplets from cough of infected person present in the air when inhaled by the healthy person, the transfer of bacteria or virus occurs. ( Influenza where droplets are spread in the air)
  • Through direct contact: The direct contact with the infected with the patient's bodily fluids, blood transfusion or sexual contact. ( Physical contact with the patients STD)
  • Through the contaminated substances: Contact with the patient's cloth, through indirect contact. ( Acquired infection)
