Health information are one of the confidential things in a patients life .It has to be protected by cyber security system. There should be a proper balance between the Protected Health Information and the cyber security in securing the data from hacking.The main issue being risk assessment, Awareness, and Incident reports.If it is hacked then there will be access to prescription drugs,to receive medical care and one can access financial data of others.

Organization strategy refers to long term planning involving all the members on the company or firm.IT strategy refers to the action taken to create an informational technology providing maximum benefit or capability in healthcare.An example being the EHR implementation.

When there is a poor managerical set up or when that high end professionals like Managers, CEO,MD have no clear plan or strategy towards the way to achieve their goals.EHR has has some drawbacks where there is lack of training to the employee by the training causes failure yo maintain it.Poor management of PHI by the head of the organization. The main reason being the cost of maintainance ,lack of adequate staff all contribute to it.Hence it has to be sorted for a quality healthcare.
