You have been hired as an outside consultant for a large durable medical equipment and medical supply company. The company specializes in a wide range of medical supplies and equipment. Some of its most profitable offerings include hospital bed rental to private residents, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility equipment. However, the company has come to realize that competition is increasing and its market share is shrinking. The company noted that most of its customers are new customers, and very few are repeat customers. The company is concerned with customer loyalty. The medical supply company owner has asked you to develop a plan to improve customer loyalty.

Be sure to discuss the (multiple) benefits that loyal, repeat customers offer to health care organizations.

In a business ,there should be profit to the manufacturer , seller and customer that will help the manufacturer to increase their number of production , for the seller to increase their number of customers and for the customers to get good product at good affordable price .

As I am posted as a the consultant of the large medical durable medical equipment and medical supply company ,my main moto will be to serve the customers and to increase the number of customers . Good service will automatically drag the patient's to towards us and hence they will come to us only whenever there is a need for any medical equipment or other medicine supplies . To provide loyalty to the patient's ,I will make a plan which will provide benefits :-

- In respect to price of the product or provide discount to the customer.

- Secondly high quality products will be provided to the customers

- Easily availability and delivery at their door step

- No delivery charges will be added

All these will help the patient and their attendent to be more comfortable from one point of view as they already are under pressure and lot of stress because of the hospitalization . In-between this as a ray of hope ,all these benefits will give them comfort and less burden and roaming in search for medical equipments and other medical supplies . And this will result in less tension and stress hence the health care provider will get all the equipment and medicines at time and will be able to provide care efficiently and results in early discharge and increase patient outcome . In association with healthcare organization , we would be able to function more appropriately and these additional features will motivate patients to come to the same health care organization again and again for any disease condition .

Repeat customers indicates the efficiency of an organization in their service they provide . Hence ,there fame and respect increases in the society .
