How do you think clients feel when they are already down and go to a place that is supposed to provide hope and inspiration, but they are treated rude and heartless?
It's an important and worth question . From the perspective view of the patient's , they come to the hospitals with the positive hope of being treated and cured . They come with the expectation that in the hospital they will get better care and attention than in home .
But when they are encountered with the rude behaviour and less attention paid by the health care professionals their all hopes and expectations gets shattered and they get mentally stressed up and themselves questions that why they came here, they must have gone somewhere else ,is this the way a doctor should or a nurse should behave and at last it ends up in fights.
It's the decrease manpower causing all these problems ,double shifts and extra works makes the health care workers frustrate and they gets burst out on the patient's . They know that they should not behave in such manner to the patients and it's unethical but the situation makes them to behave like this . Hence ,the administration should work towards it by providing enough staffs , discouraging double duties and providing good salary packages so that there are staffs to take care of the patient's with patience ..
