Errors are the mistakes which occurs commonly or rarely in the health care system will affect the health of the person which increases the morbidity and mortality of the individuals seeking the health care services. Th most common errors which we come across and trying to do the best to overcome are the medical errors. These include misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, medication error, infection, bad medical diagnosis.
Out of these errors acquiring the nosocomial infection is the common one which patients are vulnerable at. This can be prevented or avoided by the proper aseptic techniques by health care providers, waste disposal management, care of invasive catheres and tubing, sterilixmzatiknand autoclving of instruments in usage, hand washing, isolating the patients with communicable disease properly with early diagnosis.
Thus the steps to correct any medical errors would be the determination and passion health care provider shows towards their patients.
