• They should have a good appetite as children who have a good appetite will easily take in sufficient nutrition required by the body but the child should not overeat.
• They should have bright teeth and pink gums as this is the healthy sign.
• Child should be growing normally as height and weight should be in proportion.
• Most importantly, if sometimes get hurt or injured, the recovery should be quick as this is good sign of response of the immune system of our body.
• The child should be physically and mentally active, and participate in most of the games. He should not be in a depression.
