BUILD A VISION :

• Sharing common project vision and goals and having the same understanding about tracking the progress toward the vision is one of the key factor in the success of a project .
• One of the key characteristics of project is yhat they are following SMART project objectives ,SMART stands for specific ,measurable ,achievable ,relevant and time bound .
• Right project vision is the foundation of every successful project ,and it is the cornerstone of success .

NURTURE COLLABORATION :

• A performing team yield synergy effects, the impossible can be possible .
• Active participation is important .
• Collaboration is necessory for team to achieve the vision and project objectives .
• If u want to nurture collaboration ,you need to start with your self ,be role model for others ,share information openly ,give and accept open and constructive feed back .

PROMOTE PERFORMANCE :

• planning is good and important ,at the end of the day you and your team have to perform .
• We need to create environment that help to promote performance
• Rules : be a role model ,create right environment ,empower the team ,develop solution and result orientation toward problem and risk
