Maintainence and long term management of chronic conditions are essential to reduce utilization costs over time because it basically excludes the inbetween additional expenses due to mismanagement of chronic health conditions .

Clinical integration and alignment of stakeholder's interest lead to a reduction in utilization costs because it helps in the proper functioning without wastage of resources , healthcare workers and funds and hence it leads to reduction in utilization costs .
