Operations at fast food Restaurant with out much automation and process mainly dependent on employees

  • One person (Mr A) at the table need to take the order from the customer and make a note of it and inform to the concerned chief cook(B) in the kitchen
  • The chief cook (Mr B) need to allocate the work of making sandwich to a particular sub cook (Mr C)
  • Once the sandwich is prepared it need to be served along with Beverage and beverage need to be given by another employee(Mr D) who takes care of beverage storage
  • Now Mr A delivers the order after collecting from Mr C and Mr D and handovers to customer.
  • One the order is served and customer is satisfied , Mr A need to Prepare a list of items consumed and submit to Bill counter employee (Mr E) and get bill and give to customer and collect the amount from customer and give it to Cash counter (Mr F) and get receipt and hand over to customer.
  • One person(Mr G) is specially required to clean the table or used kitchen plates or utensils

So if the Restaurant is medium sized , then we require one more person Mr H to monitor all these activities and supervise them in time and along with purchasing the necessary raw material.
