do = 0.620 cm

Mobj = -0.666

Meye = 6

Resolution = 2.75 µm

NA = 0.10

For 10X

  1. di = 1.033 cm

do = 0.643 cm

Mobj = -1.606

d'i = -2.61 cm

NA = 0.25

For 40X
