Overview of situation

These mismatch happen too often in everyone's lives.for me when i first completed my accountancy course I went to a company assuming where culture of free work that is from any where will be there but what I thought was wrong where the work timings in that organization are rigid...

Why it is not a good fit...

A person who expected to be free may not be able to cope up with rigid structure which the people working there are habituated to...so i thought it's not good fit for me...

the major conflict in any decision is between what some one liked and between getting money out of it and insuch a case I choosed the one which i likes and fetches money...
