There is lot of health benefits due to regular exercise and physical activity..It is the only cause for our fitness and wellness..

- it controls our weight,helps maintain weight to prevent over weight or weight loss..

- exercise can make our body fit it helps control high blood pressure, risk of cardiovascular disease..it can also prevent stroke, type 2 diabetes, depression, arthritis etc..

- exercise stimulate brain chemicals and make our mind relaxed and it improves our self esteem and provides energy..

- promote better sleep.

- it help connect with family and friends..
