3.AP states she has been constipated and wonders whether iron is the cause?

My response to the pregnant women,constipation is common during pregnancy,mainly due to the effect of iron supplements.

So I give alternative alternative remedies for pregnant women.

• Tell to the patient take high dietary fibre because it help in preventing the constipation,intake of dietary fiber is 25 to 35 grams.
• Drink eight 12-ounce glass of water per day,because it mainly help in keep the bowel of Gastrointestinal tract soft and moving smoothly.
• Tell to the patient,your daily intake of food get breaking up into 4 or 5 meals,it helps to relief.
• Do physical activity like exercise.
• Practice prenatal yoga.
