Answer #1

An 67 year old man needed exercise, there are some exercise which can help him for his physical activity in his old age,

Pushups hand -toe, (aiming for 3 sets of 12 to 15 repetitions as possible )

example (suggests starting his abdomen workout with old-fashioned crunches. lie on his back, hands supporting your neck, knees bent and his feet on floor. then his body up just enough to get his shoulders off the ground. do 3 to 5 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions  )

Torse side bends and twists, the effort is worth it because torse side bends and twists will keep his body strong.  Barring any health problems, cardiovascular exercise of any kind is as great way to stimulate his sex life.

The aim is 30- minute workout five times a week. get blood pumping regularly and the payoff is simple. endurance. more strength to hold positions, and the flexibility to hold in comfort. exercise may help beat erectile dysfunction. high levels of sexual activity were associated with higher degrees of fitness.and swimming  also use full older age.
