C3H​​​​8 +5 O​​​​​​2 ----------> 3CO​​​​​2 + 4H2O+2220 kJ/mol

One mole of propane gives 2220 kJ of energy.

Molar mass of propane: 44 g/mol

ie 44 g of propane liberates 2220 kJ of energy

88 g of propane gives how much energy

= 88*2220/44

= 4440 kJ

ie ∆H = -4440 kJ

Option A is correct.
