1, Affordable health care for all US citizen was a right..but sometimes it's privilege also.because affordable care act made industries worst abuses,most of the people left uninsured,number of companies raise premiums and pullout of exchange..even those who are insured report problem paying for care due to high deductible and being insured by companies which has less coverage..Most of the areas they refused to accept the will of the people..Those living in poverty experiencing worst health status..Emplyment,education,income and race important factors in a person's ability to acquire health care access..As we are human we all vulnerable social entities..As a nurse and the over all health care system makes health care access for all their privileged to rights...

2, The US has higher prices for most health care services and prescription drugs, according to data..but some services and physician consultation and hospital stays lower in US.. population health, Employment rates, interest costs and other factors affect the ability to maintain the economic position..

Chronic diseases affects health and quality of life..CDC spending 75% or $5,300 per person each year.. everyone needs good information,and the opportunity to make good choices..it happens in homes and communities.. decision makers must help everyone on healthy life choices..nearly 45% of American suffering from chronic diseases.. prevention of chronic diseases requires population-based public health strategies in countries..only some fraction of the US government health care investment supports prevention and health promotion..state are implementing diverse,cost - effective strategies that work for early detection of disease, prevention and control of disease.

Registered nurse roles and scope of practice have been expanded in many countries and quality,cost effectiveness improved..Higher knowledge among nursing practice people satisfied with nurses practice..nurses are now positioned to contribute and lead the transformative changes in health care with fully contributing member of the interprofessional team for many services..so nursing practice contributing with health promotion, chronic disease and prevention impact the cost effectiveness.
