Using lens formula,

1/f = 1/v + 1/u

1/v = 1/11.6 - 1/28.6

v = 19.52 cm

For lens 2,

1/v = 1/-4.68 - 1/(34.2 - 19.52)

v = - 3.55 cm

B)

Magnification, m = - (19.52/28.6) (3.55/(34.2 - 19.52)) = - 0.16
