1. Increased blood flows into afferent arteriole/glomerulus increases the GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate). It may be due to Hypervolemia, Hypertension or may be due to normal physiological functions.

However, there is an increase GFR due to increased blood flows into afferent arteriole/glomerulus so there will be normal output from efferent arteriole/glomerulus.

2. Normal blood flow into afferent arteriole/glomerulus with decreased output from efferent arteriole/glomerulus is also increases GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) and may increase Urine output.

3. Decreased input and decreased output are decreased blood flow into afferent arteriole/glomerulus and decrease output from efferent arteriole/glomerulus.

It may due to Dehydration, Sever hypotension or Severe blood loss it also decreases GFR and resulted in Decrease Urine output.
