I want to use a recently installed steam tap to make a hot drink. How much steam should I add to 160g of milk so that the final temperature of my hot drink is 70 °C. Consider the milk has been stored in the fridge at a temperature of 4°C There is no need to take account of any energy losses in your calculations.  

Q1(b) 

How could I use this hot drink to calculate the heat capacity of a metal spoon? There is no need to take account of any energy losses in your calculations.
