• Interventions may be implemented in single or multiple settings to reach out to the entire population.

2) Current policy interventions in the United States:

• Reducing the smoke rate is one of the public policies of the United States. By implementing the strategy of increasing the tax rate at the state level, introducing smoke-free air laws at local level. Make the support of the organization for implementing these strategies among employees to achieve at larger level.
• The target population is men between the age of 45 to 65years who are in high rate of smoking.

3) Health intervention to reduce diabetes rate:

• Community-based lifestyle intervention will be helpful in the reduction of diabetes among South Bronx adults.
• Regular physical activity to modify the risk factor of diabetes.
• Early screening for the detection and treatment of diabetes.
• Form a group to participate in the diabetes prevention program.
• Give opportunities to discuss the positives and negatives of their lifestyle practices.
• Make the availability of health information on diabetes widely.
