The Aboriginals and Torres straight islanders has the most poorer health status on Australia. The reason is poor economics, education, cultural factors, racism and communication lag.

The primary healthcare and the indigenous health has played a key role in the health of these populations. This has greatly reduced the mortality rate among them .They also provide preventive care,early screening and early detection of disease and treat it.This has increased their life expectancy. This has developed a trust in aboriginal that the hospital and the community services offered by them are good quality and for their good health and deeds.
