Social:Due to their believes that the society was created by the ancestors make them more attached to the land where they live.The assimilation has lead to a sense of grief and loss .This impact them straightly by increasing mental health disorders like depression, schizophrenia, dependent on drugs,increased suicidal rate hence it has to be addressed for saving this age old tradition on the grounds of humanity and its rights. In workplace it makes them to strive for equality and equity from being isolated and affect their working capacity.
Political:The paternalistic policies laid on them can impact the them
directly and make them to involve in substance use,violence, gambling.In workplace they are discriminated on the grounds of racism leading to poor performance and stress.
