If kidneys are not functioning there will be retention of the fluids it will increase the blood pressure, swelling of the various parts of the body, excessive drowsiness and also the fatigue due to accumulation of the uric acid. It may also develop the condition of the kidney trauma.It may develop the pain in the chest and there will be the chances of the seizure.

There will be accumulation of the toxins in the body especially in the blood.

If the person is taking any medicine then due to the kidney impairment the excretion will be altered which will case the toxicity of that medicine. Hence in this case there is need of the dose adjustment as the kidney functioning is impaired or the kidneys are not functioning.

If the certain parts are not functioning it can be cured but if there is the complete kidney failure the condition will go worst. In this case there is need of the dialysis to manage this situation.

If the dialysis is not helpful then there is need of the kidney transplantation in the end stage of the kidney failure.
