Pfizerpen is a fast-acting antibiotic that fights bacteria. And its used to treat many different types of severe infections, including strep and staph infections, diphtheria, meningitis, gonorrhea, and syphilis.

In adult- Serious infections due to susceptible strains of streptococci (including S. pneumoniae)
-septicemia, empyema, pneumonia, pericarditis, endocarditis and meningitis we can give the level of dosage 12 to 24 million units/day depending on the infection and its severity administered in equally divided doses every 4–6 hours.

and if you want to answer the second question you can write it separately.
