of the body reach into the blood vessels of brain through circulation and obstruct blood
supply to brain tissues leads to loss of brain function and paralysis of organs which is
controlled by particular areas of brain.
* Stroke prevention methods like low sodium diet to control blood pressure,low cholesterol
diet,Regular exercises,smoking cessation etc help to prevent formation of thrombus or
emboli in blood vessels and maintain normal blood pressure and cholesterol level so
adequate supply of blood to all areas of brain occur which reduce risk of stroke.
