            *There are 12 pairs of cranial nerves.

                            * Olfactory.

                            * Optic

                            * Occulomotor.

                            * Trochlear.

                            * Trigeminal.

                            * Abducent.

                            * Facial.

                            * Vestibulocochlear.

                            * Glossopharyngeal.

                            * Vagus.

                            * Spinal accessory.

                            * Hypoglossal.

3. Four sections of spine

                            * Cervical spine.

                            * Thoracic spine.

                            * Lumbar spine

                            * Sacral spine.

4.Four sections of FAST assessment.

                   * FAST (Focused assessment with sonography in trauma) is a type of ultrasound

                      examination performed by the physicians as a screening test in case of pericardial

                      effusion or hemoperitoneum after a traumatic attack.

                    * In this four sections are examined for free fluid that sections or areas are

                                       * Pericardium.

                                       * Pelvis.

                                       * Perihepatic space.(Morison's pouch).

                                       * Perisplenic space.

5. Dysarthria

                * It is a motor speech disorder in which weakness in the muscle used for speech result

                  in slurred or slow speech.

6.Aura

           * Aura is a premonitory or warning sensation occur before a seizure.

            * Eg; hearing a sound,seeing a flash light)

                    * How often you develop headaches?

                    * What are your headache location?.

                    * What is the intensity of pain when developing headches?

9. Difference between Vertigo and Dizziness

                * Vertigo

                         * It is a sensation of spinning inside the head or room and it begin when changing

                           head position.it is also known as spinning dizziness.

                 * Dizziness

                        * It include any type of sensations(unsteadiness,spinning,floating,tilting etc) occur

                           during standing or laying down position.main reasons of dizziness are migrane

                           and inner ear problems.

10. Effect of stroke in a person

               * Stroke or cerebrovascular accident is a life threatning condition which may ischemic

                  (Due to embolus) or hemorrhagic (Due to breaking of blood vessels in the brain).

               * Stroke result in obstruction of blood flow to a particular area of brain so different

                  systemic functions and processes related to that area of brain become collapsed.

               * If a patient develop stroke which result in

                                * Sudden loss of brain function.

                                * Slurred speech.

                                * Paralysis of limbs (Monoplegia,paraplegia,hemiplegia)

                                * Abnormally increased muscle tone.

                                * Overall body weakness.

                                * Visual-perceptional dysfunction.

                                * Disturbance in visual-spacial relations.

                                * Senosory losses.
