THERAPEUTIC CLASS - Anti histamine, Anti emetic
DRUG FORM - 12.5 mg , 25 mg , 50 mg (tablet form)

USES - Promethazine is used for allergic symptoms of respiratory tract like running nose, sneezing, itching, itching and itching in eyes, skin rashes, conjuctivitis,motion sickness, postoperative or preoperative sedation. urticaria, post operative pain, anaphylactic reactions, etc
ACTION - The action of Prometazine includes it blocks the bondage of histamine receptors in different parts of body which prevents action of histamine in the body. This is used for relief from allergies or prevention of serious allergies like anaphylaxis, itching, etc.
ADVERSE REACTIONS - Dizziness, slow breathing, drowsiness, breathing difficulties, blurred vision, double vision, tachycardia, hypotension, dermatitis, purpura, vomiting, delirium, agitation, etc
CONTRAINDICATION - Liver problems, epilepsy, prostate enlargement, coma, intestinal blockages, peptic ulcer, tachycardia, parkinson's disease, chronic constipation, etc
