1.Joe experiencing negative energy balance over the past few years.

2.Joe used to play games at night and watching TV shows at night and attending classes at night are the reasons that make negative balance of energy.He want to maintain proper sleep cycle so he needs to maintain proper time to sleep will maintain the normal biological clock it promotes weight loss.

3.Joe should avoid these type of junk foods like pizza,burger,fried fish or chicken.He need to change to green foods that is to whole cereals,green vegetables,fruits.For example choose whole bread,veggie salads,fruit salads and fresh fruit juices.

4.Normally people believe eating large portions of food make you fat.So he had doubt in whether to believe.

5.Joe needs to maintain the above mentioned dietary changes.He needs to maintain normal sleeping pattern and not to trust to any infomercial product.This is enough for his weight loss no special exercise needed because his work is hectic so its enough.
