Annual check up important for senior citizens..it shows their health concern and monitoring.. Awareness about health and illness will increase their curiosity to attend the examination..explain about the health package and uses and it's cost..most of the annual health examination covered by insurance and not very expensive.. Encourage senior citizens to have participate in annual program..hospital program should make more concern with this health check up..Those who are disabled and low-income government and hospital should make arrangements for covering this package..make more awareness about its prevention of disease and test and screening included in the annual health examination..elders should be energetic and Active in this age too.so effective approach to motivate older people get involved in annual health examination..
