1. Scheduled annual check up highly helpful in early diagnosis and treatment.

2. Due to physiological changes with aging, most of old age problems are unrecognizable, so they need annual health check up to rule out health problems.

3. Explain the senior citizen that they are vulnerable to develop lot of health problems. So they need annual health check up.

4. Senor citizen they will have calcification of the blood vessels they are prone to develop hypertension, so it need to be rule out through annual health check up.

5. Senior citizens are having impaired glucose tolerance and prone to become diabetes, so they need health check up.

6. Elderly people prone to develop osteoporosis.

Because of these reasons senior citizens need annual health check up.
