Myself Gennie , 24years old ,had completed my graduation in BSc.( Hons ) Nursing from St. Stephen's College . I had a clinical experience of 2 years in medical ICU ,Fortis.

1. No, ithis not my first college courses , i have completed my graduation from St. Stephen's.

2. Yes , i have developed in me the skill of time management which has helped me to be a successful student and also to attain my goals .

3. Most difficult challenge in my school was the discrimination done by other students due to my skin colour as i am dark in tone so, the children's used to tease me , don't allow me to sit with them , they start to cry if i sit with them . I can't believe that small children's were filled with the feelings of discrimination based on colour which they has studied from their parents . I had no issues with writing papers, study skills , note taking etc because i was always present in the class , attended class fully and used to make notes myself and also scored good marks in exams .

4. Biggest challenges in nursing school :-

Grueling lectures.

Unpredictable clinicals.

Dreadful tests and exams.

Stressful college life and limited time for other activities.
