Veganism:
Veganism is essentially the belief that exploiting animals for human gain is wrong.
It is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, eggs, dairy products, and all other animal-derived ingredients.
It is a way of living which tries to exclude as far as possible and practicable, all forms of cruelty to animals for food, clothing or any purposes.
Types of veganism:
1.)Dietary vegans - plant based eaters, those who avoid animal products in food, but continue to use in clothing qnd cosmetics
2.)Whole food vegans - favor a diet rich in whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds
3.)Junk food vegans - people who rely heavily on processed vegan foods like vegan meat, fries, frozen dinners and non-dairy ice-creams
4.)Raw food vegans - people eat only raw food or cooked at temperature below 1180F
5.)Low-fat vegans - Fruitarians, limit high fat foods such as nuts, Avacados and coconuts, instead rely on eating fruits.

6.) Dairy

8.) Other animal derived additives like gelatin, albumin
Foods vegans eat :
