The term veganism was first coined by Donald Watson in 1944.

Formerly veganism is defined as group of people who refrain themselves from eating meat and other dairy products these group originated from england. The term Vegan was coined in the year 1944 by small group of vegetarians.

Veganism is currently defined as the attempts to exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty, be it from food, clothing, or any other purpose.

Ethics behind it vegans believes in all the living creatures has the right for freedom and life and stand against the term of consuming the flesh of animal is not cruel.

Peoples called as vegans shows there respect and love towards animal in this form of way and in other part of the world some group of people worships animals in form of God. So they think hurting animals is sin and prefers to be vegans to show there respect.vegan diet includes grains , vegetables, fruits and nuts also food made of plants.

It has been said that being vegan also prevent from certain disease and would help to have healthy lifestyle.
