Answer: The health information exchange plays major role in the population health as it improves the health care quality by decreasing the medical errors. It increases care as it reduce unnecessary tests as well as services. This increases efficiency of the patient's care. So, it indirectly effects the health of the population.

Predictive analytics identify social determinants of population health as by analysing various types of information and data using the models such as algorithm to predict future results. This enables in identification of the higher risk as well as emergency needs.
