Answer #1

Radius of pulley is r = 0.5m

Moment of inertia I = 0.1kgm

Angular acceleration € = 2 rad/s2

As Force F is applied so

torque in pulley at the cornest point.

T= Fr

T = 0.5F

Formula for torque in terms of angular acceleration

T = I(moment of inertia)×€(Angular acceleration)

T =0.1×2

As both torque are equal.

0.5F = 0.1×2

F = 0.2/0.5

F = 0.4N
