If you were able to form a nursing team, what are three most important assets you would look for?
Answer: Every nurse has abilities to work enthusiastically. Their main aim is to treat and take care of the patients. If I have to form a nursing team then the most important assets I would look mainly for the experienced nurses. Experienced nurses have more practical knowledge than freshers as working for many years make them easy to tackle the situation.
