There is no such benefits of a DBMS that we would be willing to give up because it will result into loss of data and security which will be a headache for us. Database is created with features that we need desparately in today's world. The whole world depends on it, and it is mandatory for the database to have its features because we need security, consistency, non-redundancy, integrity authentication etc. otherwise we will face disaster. But, we can still give up some features of a DBMS if we don't rely on them, this totally depends on us. For example, if our organization is small and only one member is needed to handle the database then we can simply get rid of multiuser system as this will also reduce the complexity which in result will make the executions faster.
