Answer: Being an in charge of deciding who gets organs, it would be the most important things that should be considered is the age of the patient or the client. This is because, the organ transplantation can prevent a person from dying. It will provide some more years in their life. So, clients of young age should be given preferences for the organ transplant. Young people need to work more for their families, so they should be the first preference.

The second important is the requirement of the organ transplantation such as what if the disease or disorder has been to the end status. In this case, there is no benefit of organ transplant as the patient will have not more life.

The necessity of the organ transplant should be also evaluated. It means that sometimes patients suffering from multiple organ dysfunction and have low survival rate, organ transplant should not be given preference in this case.

Some of the criteria that should not be considered to decide who gets organ are such as ability to pay. This is because not everyone can pay the large amount, but they still require the transplant to survive. The second important thing is that one should not give preference to the wealthy people and neglect the need of the people having low socioeconomic status.
