2.Stress is a very common word in the modern society heard from a child to an elderly population.This in simple can be understood by the inability of an individual to cope up with situations resulting in emotional outbursts, tension ,fear ,anxiety, depression even violence to an extent.This initially affects the dentral nervous system gradually proceeding to the gastrointestinal system causing decreased appetite leading to weight loss and malnutrition. There is even a chance for over eating. This build up conflicts with others. Overall it can devastate one's life harmony lead to loss of productivity, function and illness.

Hence it is a very important standpoint at this time to manage this stress at the right time in right way to avoid many consequences. This can be managed by exercise, diet ,lifestyle changes?Exercise releases endorphins which is a stress relieving factor. A diet rich in vitamin C can enrich the immune system and quit stress.Addition of meditation, yoga in the lifestyle can provide a peace of mind and enhance thinking process.Having goals in life and working towards it.
