Answer 1. In the positive feedback control, the result or the output amplifies the stimulus, whereas, the reverse happens in the negative feedback control i.e. the result or the output stops the stimulus. Oxytocin which is known as the birth hormone works on the positive feedback mechanism.

Answer 2. Operon is a segment of DNA that does genetic expression and helps in the protein synthesis. These proteins can function as enzymes and helps in catalysing a substrate to provide energy to an organism, as it happens in the Lac operon.
