3. Positive stress is also known as eustress. According to American psychological association the positive stress response, involving optimal levels of stimulation , a type of stress that results from challenging but attainable and enjoyable or worthwhile tasks. For example let us consider a person who is participating in sports, he will have enthusiasm to take part in that athletic event and also will generate the sense of fulfillment or achievement which facilitates growth and development .. he will have stress which is combined with sport spirit and enthusiasm to win the event.

Negative stress is also known as distress . According to american psychological association it is the negative stress response , often involving negative effect and psychological reactivity. For example let us consider a business man who was doing well in his business, but suddenly he faces big loss which he had never seen before in his life.. at this situation , he will face physical and psychological maladaption to that situation not knowing what to do next.

4. According to mayoclinic , anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that reflects anger , and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way. It is not the process to hold on anger as anger is one of the normal expressions of human being. We must express is appropriately .. this is known as anger management.

These are the various tips for anger management in workplace .

* Try to avoid, or move out from that place or situation which will reduce the impact and intensity of it

* use divertional therapy which means divert ur mind by going to cafeteria, or listening to music or reading a book

* try to keep that mind calm and avoid overthinking of that situation

* share with your close colleague about your anger in order to ventilate your feelings.

* it is very important to empathize in the place of other person who created that situation.
