1.palliative care is considered as special care which is given to the seriosly ill patient.This is mainly give focus to reduce symptoms and tension of disease condition.The goal of palliative care is to enhance quality of patients and familiys life.

2.Hospice care give focus on patient who are seriously ill,terminally ill or chronically sick.this also aid to decrease symptoms and pain of disease.Moreover,they accomplish their spiritual and emotional needs.In this carepriority is given to provide comfort and improve quality of life when he is at his final stage of life(fatal condition).

3.pallistive care can starts after diagnosing disease,mean while as treatment also can continue.But, in hospicie care,care starts when all treatment get finished and there is nothing to give for the patient to survive.patient is in final stage of his disease.

4.patient with stroke can starts palliative treatment.this will help them to keep personel hygiene .and bedsore also can be prevented because most of them got paralysed after stroke.they need help from others.psychological support can give by motivating them to do passive exercise which may help to move the body especially physiotherapy ,ocvupational therapy.

5.aptient with 4 th stage lung cancer can recive hospice care as he is not going to get cured.so hospicie care can make comfortable and happy days at the end stage of life.help them to participate in spiritual activities .
