Answer: Stress is the condition where our thinking capacity decreases due to excessive workload. Stress is a kind of reaction to a changing, demanding environment at the workplace. When we are unable to handle the situation then we slip in to stress.

Due to stressful work, our thinking capabilities and stamina decrease, not only this but if the stress condition expands then maybe it results into depression. Stress affects our health in many ways such as it increases the tension, due to this people are unable to take proper diet which results into failure of nutrients which body needs to work properly. Excessive stress also causes hypertension as well as increases the risk of cardiovascular disease etc.
