Answer #1

Frederick Winslow Taylor is considered as father of scientific management theory.

He developed four principles of scientific management.

1) One should work by using scientific method to achieve and perform tasks.By using scientific method one can work easily instead of doing tasks by practice.

I would apply this in workplace by using scientific method employees can achieve work and improve their skill. And by this work will be done easily and takes less time.

2)By assigning the people to the jobs which they are capable will help them to work efficiently. And training them.will increase their efficiency to their maxumax level.

By applying this principle in workplace the work will be done easily and early because they are interested in their jobs and the company will also be able to improve.

3)When a employee is working he or she should be guided and supervision should be given to them. And by doing this we can monitor his performance and can able to improve it.

By applying this in workplace the organisation can improve as this will help in monitoring the employee and if he is doing wrong he can be corrected and if they are right they can be shown a way way to do their job.

4)The work should be given to a individual and will improve their efficiency in performing tasks.

In workplace this principle helps a lot because for example a manger can overlook his work and an employee should perform his duties which will make the work of manager easy .And this in turn will make time for manager to guide the employee.

Using this 4 principles can improve both the employees and company ability to perform effievintle in work.
