Write a Critical Precis for the following passage. Include an argument diagram, and identify the argument type when a appropriate. Additionally, evaluate the strength of any causal arguments, and justify the evaluation.

1.) Recently researchers compared 286 depressed workers with 193 others who were not depressed. Since only the depressed workers had such problems as fatigue, lack of motivation, and trouble managing their usual workload, researchers concluded that depression was the cause of their problems at work.

Answer: Depression is one of the disorder which has affected lots of people. Due to excessive workload or burnout among workers, depression occurs. The stressed conditions of people lead them into depression.

Those people who suffers from depression are more prone to developing other diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weigh problems etc. Depressed people suffer mentally whereas their physical health also get worse. They always surround themselves with negative thoughts and unable to bear better or positivity.
