Every individual is different based on their traits and behaviour . We cannot use same approach to teach everyone because of this difference and their different levels of understanding .

1. In the first case ,the adolescent wants to lose weight but has no family support , the purpose of teaching is disease prevention from obesity . We can use a discussion strategy .

2. In this case, the older adult wants to quit smoking but is not able to quit even after multiple attempts ,we should use role play which will provide him live example of what will happen if he does quit smoking .

3. In this case , we can use demonstration method to teach how to give himself insulin .
