Marketing is a process which has two dimensions such as social and managerial in which individual or group of individual creating and exchanging the product with full of respect. It provide interface between the organization and its customers. It founded on a discipline that focus attention primarily on the costomer and help to deliver the outcome of organization.

Product marketing

  • It refers to promote and selling product for a particular segment.
  • It focus on values
  • Products come to customers
  • It can be returned
  • They are tangible, storable and measurable.

Health service marketing

  • It refers marketing of economic activity offered by the organization (hospital )to the client for adequate consideration.
  • It focus on relationship
  • Customers come to service.
  • It cannot be returned once rendered.
  • It is intangible and concerned with service rendered.
