1) Numerator :- Number of cases without consent for treatment

Denominator:- Total number of cases examined for consent for treatment.

2)Numerator :- Number of inpatients within 2 wks follow up

Denominator :- Number of inpatient discharges

3) Numerator :- Number of cases diagnosed with most recent DSM

Denominator :- Total number of cases

4) Numerator :- Number of cases that have acceptance or tolerance of mental condition

Denominator :- Total number of cases with mental disorders

5)Numerator :- Number of clients with GAF score <70

Denominator :- Total Number of home care clients being seen for mental health services

6)Numerator :- Number of clients 6 months post treatment with no interference in productive activities

Denominator :- Number of clients 6 months post treatment

7) Numerator :- Average# of "order of report"

Denominator :- Total # of diagnostic tests
